The client reached out to us because they were looking to create new email marketing templates to support Axioma’s marketing initiatives. This included the need for their internal team(s) to create, edit, and customize each template to suit a variety of scenarios and options. And they expressed a need for some professional consultation and direction regarding these efforts, more specifically:
- Best practices
- Hubspot Platform capacity and capabilities
- Lead management
- New email designs
- Custom templates
- Highly integrated templates
- Campaign creation and release
- Team Training
Once the initial discovery, discussions, and consultations had been completed with their team, the client was confident they had enough information and insights to proceed. A project plan was generated including the scope of work, delivery phases, timelines, estimated costs, etc.
We then moved on to the next step in the process, which focused upon:
- Email template designs
- Custom mobile responsive email template development
- Email testing for display and functionality consistency and compatibility across operating systems, devices, email clients, and browsers (approx. 70 different mediums)
- Email platform integration, customization, and personalization
- Team training
The successful end results for this project were:
- Collaborated and worked with the client on designs for each email (5 in total) based upon it’s intended purpose , and technical considerations that impact the transition from designs to coded development.
- Worked with the client to gain access to their Hubspot account along with the necessary brand resources.
- Developed and tested (5) custom coded mobile responsive email templates.
- Created a variety of custom Hubspot modules that would provide Axioma’s marketing team all of their requested capabilities, options and features for the new templates.
- Successfully integrated the new email templates into the Hubspot platform further customizing them to utilize all of the new modules and their features.
- Walked the client through and trained their cross departmental teams in all aspects of the template creation, editing, options, personalization, and management processes.
